Are the templates and tools really free?
Yes — every download is free, no signup, no watermark, no upsell. We earn revenue from display advertising shown on the site.
Can I use a template at work or in a paid project?
Yes. The resume templates, planners, and printables are free for personal and commercial use. You don't need to credit us (though it's appreciated). The only thing you can't do is re-package them and sell them as your own templates.
Do you store the files I upload to your PDF tools?
No. Our PDF tools process your files entirely in your browser using JavaScript libraries. The file never leaves your computer. We can't see it, store it, or recover it.
I noticed a typo / wrong calculation / outdated info — what do I do?
Please email us at support@creativehubplatform.com with the page URL and what's wrong. We add a correction note and update the page, usually within a day.
Can I request a specific template or tool?
Absolutely. Most of the best things on the site started as a user request. Use the form above and pick "Template or tool request."
Will you guest-post or accept guest contributions?
We're selective. If you have genuine expertise in a topic relevant to our audience (career, finance, productivity, family life) and want to contribute, send us a pitch with your background and a writing sample. We don't accept paid placements or link insertions.
What's your privacy policy?
See our full privacy policy. Short version: we use Google Analytics and Google AdSense, our PDF tools never upload your files, and we don't sell personal data.
Office Hours
We're a fully remote operation based in the United States. We typically check email Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern Time. Messages sent outside those hours get answered the next business day.
