By accessing or using creativehubplatform.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use our free tools, calculators, generators, and downloads for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

2. Free Tools and Downloads

All tools on this Service are provided free of charge. Templates and printables marked "Free" may be used for personal or commercial purposes, but you may not resell or redistribute them as your own work.

3. Third-Party Tools

Some tools (translation, grammar checking) rely on third-party APIs. We do not guarantee continuous availability of these services. Use is subject to those providers' terms.

4. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no warranty that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Information generated by tools will be accurate (calculators, generators, and AI-style tools provide estimates and suggestions only)
• Quality of any products, services, or information obtained will meet your expectations

5. Not Professional Advice

Calculators and tools (including but not limited to mortgage, salary, BMI, due date, body fat, GPA, and ATS-resume tools) are provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional advice. Always consult a licensed professional (financial advisor, doctor, lawyer, etc.) before making important decisions.

6. Religious and Cultural Content

Content drawn from religious, spiritual, or philosophical traditions (such as Bible verses, Bhagavad Gita, Buddhist sayings, etc.) is presented for educational and inspirational purposes. Translations used are public domain. We respect all faiths and present content without endorsement of any particular tradition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Hub Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The original content, design, and code of the Service (excluding user-uploaded content and third-party content) are owned by Creative Hub Platform and are protected by copyright. Resume templates, coloring pages, and other downloads we create are licensed for personal and commercial use, but may not be redistributed as standalone products.

9. User Content

Files you upload to in-browser tools (PDF Editor, PDF Compressor, Image Compressor, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers. We do not have access to, store, or claim any rights to your files.

10. Advertising

We display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Clicking on ads takes you to external sites with their own terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
